PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide product information on a product suitable to the body type of a user.SOLUTION: A management server 5 used in a product information providing system comprises: a reference part 53 which refers to a customer database 61 storing information on the body type of each user in association with user identification information, and a product database 62 storing product information for recommending a product suitable to the body type; an acquisition part 52 which acquires the user identification information on the user carrying a portable terminal 1 with a check-in operation from the portable terminal 1; an extraction part 54 which extracts the product information from the product database 62 in accordance with the body type of the user obtained from the customer database 61 following acquisition of the user identification information; and an output part 55 which outputs the extracted product information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
