The inner and outer walls are separated by a plastic foam fitting, moulded to the required shape. The purpose of the foam is for thermal insulation or noise deadening. The foam is detachable, either in a single or in multiple descrete units, and this is useful during recycling at the end of the working life of the apparatus. The foam is non-adhesive, and can be possibly be wrapped in plastic sheeting. ADVANTAGE - Can be removed in one or more discrete pieces for recycling purposes at end of working life.
