The present invention relates to a device and a method to reproduce an electronic document. The method includes: a step in which the electronic document reproducing device downloads an electronic document from an electronic document providing server and stores the same; a step in which the electronic document reproducing device confirms whether mark information exists in the electronic document when loading the stored electronic document; and a step in which the electronic document is controlled by using the mark information if the mark information exists. Therefore, the present invention is capable of enabling users to store and share content data through interaction.
