The present invention relates to a tube for a heat exchanger, comprising: a first reinforcement unit corresponding to a curved surface unit of a tube and both end parts of an inner fin; and a second reinforcement unit bonded to the first reinforcement unit and the tube (the curved surface unit). Therefore, the tube for a heat exchanger can increase strength of the both end parts in the air flow direction of the tube. The tube (100) comprises: a flat surface unit (101) in parallel to the air flow direction; and the curved surface unit (102).
