The present invention relates to a server and a method of providing a promotion in a web site. The server of providing a promotion in a web site according to the present invention is characterized in comprising: at least one promotion display interworking unit which is installed in a buying company web server such that a user terminal is allowed to access a promotion purchased by the buying company through the buying company web server, displays a promotion banner on a buying company web page, and, when the user terminal accesses the promotion, delivers basic user information of the promotion which is provided from the user terminal; and a promotion driving unit which is installed in a promotion providing server, and which, when the basic user information of the promotion is delivered through the promotion display interworking unit, performs the corresponding promotion to collect promotion log information, and delivers a promotion result to the buying company web server such that the promotion result is provided to the user terminal. According to the present invention, since a person in charge in a buying company is allowed to adjust a display area and a size of a promotion banner displayed on a buying company web site, a success rate of the promotion can be increased. |
