PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a subordinate device to switch data, without missing data in the case of data switching by the subordinate device at the occurrence of a system changeover of host devices, by matching a phase of hot standby data with a phase of active data even on the occurrence of a phase shift in data from the host device. SOLUTION: The system is provided with host devices and subordinate devices using the active (hereinafter abbreviated ACT) and hot standby (hereinafter abbreviated SBY) system. DFFs 22, 23 are latched by a latch timing signal of a state monitor section 6 that receives ACT information sets ACT0, ACT1 to monitor the state. The state monitor section 6 monitors the ACT information sets ACT0, ACT1 of host devices to generate a switching signal. Furthermore, based on the comparison result by a phase comparator section 5, phases of data and a frame pulse from the SBY system of the host device are matched with the phases of those of the ACT system of the host device. The system is switched by using only shifters as in the above to reduce the device scale and to eliminate the need for the adjustment or the like. |
