<p>The present invention relates to a method of integrated transport which uses air-cushion vehicles for the development of regions difficult to reach. This method comprises laying tracks in the region to be developed, wherein said tracks connect base (13), intermediate (20) and end (26) terminals. The tracks are formed on lower-ground sections relative to the surface (1) as well as on interstream ridges (5). The tracks formed on the lower-ground sections have an open water surface, while those formed on the ridges comprise a levelled bed of rock coated with a surface layer of soil. The surface layer is then cultivated in order to obtain a plant cover of grass having an extended life-time, the tracks being further marked using active (30) and passive (27) beacons. This method may be used to develop regions and provide transport thereto all around the year without disturbing the ecological balance.</p> |
