PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information device with excellent usability.SOLUTION: A portable information device 1 includes a laminated electronic timepiece substrate 31 of an electronic timepiece unit and a laminated multifunctional part substrate 11 of a multifunctional unit. The electronic timepiece substrate 31 includes a first communication part 48 for communicating with the multifunctional unit, and a clock control part for clocking.
