The present invention relates to an ion selective nano chemical filter material using a polymer electrolyte capable of removing minute harmful gas and a producing method of a filter. A producing method of a nano fiber composite filter device comprises the following steps of: spraying a nano fiber; producing an ion selective composite web-type nano filter and a membrane-type filter; and being mounted on a frame by laminating the filter.
