The present invention relates to a guardian device, a protected person monitoring system and a method thereof. The system comprises: a protected person device generating location signals depending on the predetermined communication method; a plurality of cameras for generating location signals to display the location of a protected person and generating a monitoring image after photographing the owner of the protected person device; and the guardian device for receiving the location signals generated in the cameras and protected person device, figuring out the location of the cameras and protected person device by using the location signals, and receiving the monitoring image, that the protected person device is photographed, from a camera close to the protected person device, among the cameras. With the above-mentioned configuration, the guardian can monitor the protected person directly through the image. |
