A solar cell test apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a light source array to supply light energy to a plane of a solar cell under test. The light source array includes an outer light source part which includes a plurality of light sources emitting emission light, respectively and is arranged to be vertically overlapped with a circumference of the plane of the solar cell, and an inner light source part which includes a plurality of light sources emitting emission light, respectively and is arranged to be surrounded by the outer light source part. At least a part of the light emitted from the adjacent light sources is overlapped on the plane of the solar cell, and a light velocity of the light sources of the outer light source part is larger than a light velocity of the light sources of the inner light source part.
