The present invention relates to an air damper having a plurality of vent holes with different sizes to maintain a constant speed when opening a glove box. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the air damper comprises: a housing formed in the shape of a cylinder with a closed end, and having a guide rail of a spiral shape on an inner side; a rod unit to move in forward and backward directions in the housing, and provided with an air control plate having a plurality of vent holes having mutually different sizes on one end; a control member rotationally connected to the air control plate, and having a guide protrusion on an outer circumferential surface; and a sealing cap to close the housing, and penetrated by the rod unit, wherein the guide protrusion is inserted into the guide rail, to control an air discharge amount of the plurality of vent holes when the control member rotates along the guide rail. |
