The present invention relates to a marine organism adhesion preventing device of a marine intake pipe, and more specifically, to a marine organism adhesion preventing device of a marine intake pipe which prevents adhesion of a marine organism to an intake pipe installed in the sea to easily manage and operate a marine intake pipeline and continuously use the marine intake pipeline. According to the present invention, the marine organism adhesion preventing device of a marine intake pipe comprises: an electrode unit having an electrode exposed to the inside of an intake pipe into which seawater flows; a power supply unit to supply power to the electrode; and a controller to control the power supplied to the electrode from the power supply unit to intermittently apply the power to the electrode.
