摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing capable of maintaining high slidability even at a high line speed.SOLUTION: A bearing which rotatably supports a roll shaft dipped in a molten metal plating bath, includes a cross-sectional fan-shaped ceramic member and a metallic holder having an arcuate groove for supporting an outer peripheral surface of the ceramic member. The bearing satisfies the following conditions: a maximum clearance δ between a circumferential end surface of the ceramic member and an opposite inclined surface of the holder is K=(r1+t')δ/t=1 to 20 (where, r1 is a radial length of an inner peripheral surface side chamber on the circumferential end surface of the ceramic member, t' is a radial length of the circumferential end surface of the ceramic member, and t is a radial thickness of the ceramic member); a skewness Rsk of the inner peripheral surface of the ceramic member is -0.4 to +0.1; and a ratio of a pore area to the inner peripheral surface of the ceramic member is 2 to 6%, which is higher than a ratio of a pore area to the outer peripheral surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
