PRODUCTION OF MOLDED HOLLOW VESSEL WITH LABEL FITTED THERETO

PURPOSE:To obtain a hollow vessel which is free from deformation of a label of the hollow vessel and free from generation of a blister and excellent in appearance and adhesive properties of the label and the vessel by utilizing a PP resin film for a printed layer and utilizing a specified amorphous PP-based resin film for an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:For example, a mixture (B layer) of PP resin and calcium carbonate having 1.5mum mean particle diameter and an ethylene-propylene random copolymer (C layer) having m.p. of >=10 deg.C lower than m.p. of PP resin utilized for the printed layer B are separately melted and kneaded by utilizing the respective extruders and thereafter extruded into the film shapes. Both the film of the printed layer B and the film of the adhesive layer C are extruded and laminated on the double faces of a uniaxial stretched film (A layer) becoming a base material layer A. Thereafter these films are stretched to the transverse direction at seven time by utilizing a tenter. Then a composite resin film is obtained by thermally setting the base material layer A and the printed layer B and also melting the ethylene-propylene random copolymer of the adhesive layer C to make amorphous.
