The present invention provides a choke valve to control an oil well in an offshore plant, comprising: a valve body (10) including: an inlet (11) on one side; an outlet (15) on the bottom side; and a connection flow path (13) in the center to be connected to the inlet (11) and the outlet (15); a bonnet (20) combined with the top of the valve body (10); a stem (30) inserted through the center of the bonnet (20), whose bottom end protrudes from the inside of the valve body (10); a sleeve (40) whose top end is fixated and combined with the stem (30), whose bottom side has an opening/closing plate (42) inside, and which has a plurality of counter-pressure relieving flow paths (24) vertically formed to be distanced from each other at regular intervals; a shield disc (122) with a plurality of flow path grooves (121) to be inserted into and combined with an inserting end (12) formed with a stepped pulley on one side of the inlet (11) near the connection flow path (13); a first decelerating means (120) with a tap (124) to closely affix the shield disc (122) by being engaged with the internal surface of the inlet (11) with a screw by having an inflow hole (123) in the center; and a second decelerating means (140) with a plurality of penetrating holes (142) to be installed on the bottom side of the connection flow path (13), which has a cylindrical structure whose external surface is opened/closed by the opening/closing plate (42) of the sleeve (40). The present invention aims to provide a choke valve which is able to, when a turbulent fluid with an abnormally high pressure flows in, rapidly decelerate and discharge the fluid. |
