PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in presenting, to a user, moving pictures showing an operation procedure for solving a maintenance event, which has occurred in an image processing apparatus.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus combines a plurality of partial moving pictures showing an operation procedure necessary for solving a maintenance event, which has occurred in the image processing apparatus, to reproduce as a series of moving pictures. The image processing apparatus displays, in response to stoppage of the moving pictures in reproduction, a replay mark for instructing reproduction of the moving pictures from the beginning of the partial moving picture corresponding to a position of the stoppage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
