PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reading device, a reading system and a reading method, which attain low costs.SOLUTION: A reading device comprises: an antenna that is disposed at a prescribed distance apart from an RFID tag embedded in or attached to a dielectric body, and radiate the RFID tag with a radio wave; a power detection unit that detects a minimum operative power upon n+1th reading of the RFID tag to be read via the antenna after measuring a minimum operative power upon n-th (n is an integer equal to or more than 1) reading thereof; and a state determination unit that determines a state of the dielectric body on the basis of a difference between the minimum operative power of the n-th reading and the minimum operative power of the n+1th reading.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
