A loudspeaker cabinet is described, in which at least one sound outlet and one opening in at least one of the external walls is provided for electric feed lines. For weight reduction purposes, as a minimum, the outside walls should consist of a layer material, whereby at least one layer of a tensile fibrous tissue is applied onto external surface of the layer material core.
