PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To copy and distribute digital information, and to prevent illegal use in the reproducing device of enciphered digital information. SOLUTION: Enciphered digital information is transmitted from a package holder 12 to a management recorder 1, cipher decoding data are generated, the condition and amounts are recorded, and the digital information is reproduced by a package opener 11 by using the cipher decoding data. Thus, the digital information can be copied and distributed, the condition and the amounts can be exactly recorded, and a condition can be exactly obtained. Also, the collection of the charge can be always safely and exactly attained by an electronic settler 2, and the illegal use can be prevented. |
