The tyre valve has a valve shaft (1) with an external thread and a rounded fastening plate (14) in contact with the tyre inner tube (3). An inlay (33) encloses the valve shaft and is held between the fastening plate and the wheel rim (2). A rubber buffer (31) is fitted round the valve shaft and held between the inlay and the wheel rim. An embedded counter nut (32) is screwed onto the valve shaft and a seal (17) is fixed between the buffer and the inlay.
