PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to effectively use energy inputted to raise a temperature when a fuel cell power generation device is started. SOLUTION: Combustion exhaust gas coming out of a reformer 2 becomes combustion exhaust gas whose temperature is lowered by exchanging heat with combustion air by a combustion heat exchanger 4, and its part is supplied to a desulfurizing reactor 1 having a heat exchanging function, and the other part is similarly supplied to a CO transformer 3 having a heat exchanging function, respectively through temperature control valves 6a and 6b. After temperatures in the desulfurizing reactor 1 and the CO transformer 3 are respectively raised up to a prescribed temperature by being monitored by temperature sensors 7a and 7b, and supply of the combustion exhaust gas is respectively cut off by the temperature control valves 6a and 6b. |
