<p>The shovel is used for digging trenches. It has a curved bottom, with a cutting edge, and a suspension system for attachment to a boom on an excavator. The bottom part (14) of the shovel and two side pieces (15) cross over into each other continuously, according to the trench cross-section, and the cutting edge (17) protrudes beyond the side edges. At the top of the shovel, the side pieces are connected to a partially or wholly flat cover piece (20). The hanging mechanism (10) engaging this piece, has a device for swivelling and fixing about a vertical axis (24). The whole can be shaped like a shoe along the trench line.</p> |
