PURPOSE: To provide an edible compsn. which consists of a non-tasty material, dry fruits or saccharified fruits, gelatinizing agent and flavors, conceals the taste of this non-tasty material and may be orally taken in a large amt. and fits to mouth. CONSTITUTION: The edible compsn. used for persons with, for example, protein or amino acid metabolic disorder is obtd. by compounding preferably 10 to 25(wt.)% non-tasty material (preferably free amino acids), preferably 50 to 75% dry fruits or saccharified fruits, preferably 3 to 15% gelatinizing agent (preferably non-protein gelatinizing agent) and the flavors. |
