PURPOSE:To enable continuous measurement of all point and operation by unskilled workers by adding an auxiliary measuring section to a mold accuracy measuring section. CONSTITUTION:The titled standard jig consists of a mold accuracy measuring section 1, an auxiliary measuring section 2 and an intermediate member 3 that connects the measuring section 1 and the measuring sectin 2. This standard jig is set to a mold 4 and a clearance gauge thicker than normal size is inserted between the mold 4 and the measuring section 2 and slidden. The same process as above is made next using a gauge 5 thinner than normal size. Thus, all points are checked continuously by gauges of two kinds of thickness, upper limit and lower limit. Further, even unskilled workers can check the accuracy of the mold simply. |
