PURPOSE:To obtain a relief image superior in sharpness, by using a photosensitive material containing both of a specified aliphatic tertiary aminoalkyl acrylate type polymer and an aromatic nitro compd. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive material contains both of an aromatic nitro compd. and a homopolymer, or a copolymer of a copolymerizable monoethylenic monomer and a monomer of an aliphatic tertiary aminoalkyl acrylate represented by the shown general formula in which R1 is H or lower alkyl; R2, R3 are lower alkyl; and n is 1, 2, 3, or 4. For example, 5-nitroacenaphthene, 2-nitrofluorene, or the like is used as the aromatic nitro compd. in 0.1-0.5pts.wt. per 1pt.wt. of said polymer or further, a vehicle, a reinforcing polymer, a colorant, etc. may be added. |
