PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the porosity and anticorrosion closer to that of an applied object of a monolithic refractory cast by spraying self-fluid body which is produced by adding a specified amount of water to a refractory composition comprising alumina, a fireproof aggregate and a fireproof powder together with a specified amount of an accelerating agent to be kneaded. SOLUTION: A body which is produced by adding water and powder such as alumina cement to a refractory composition containing alumina and silica carbide as fireproof aggregate together with a dispersant to be kneaded by a container 7 is supplied by a force feed pump 1. The body is supplied to a force feed piping 2a from the force feed pump 1 and compressed air is mixed into the body from an injection port 10 of an air compressor 6 and moreover, an accelerating agent is mixed into the body containing the compressed air from a feeder 5 through a force feed piping 2b from the injection port 10 to be sprayed onto a wall surface 8 from a spray nozzle 4. This realizes the porosity and anticorrosion closer to those of an applied object of a monolithic refractory cast. |
