METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MOLDING TUBULAR FORMED PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To obtain a tubular formed product improved in workability and yield by a method wherein a circular sealing member is put airtightly at a specified interval between a cylindrical inner mold member and a cylindrical outer mold member and casting material is injected into the circular space part provided by them. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of circular sealing members 22 are put on the outer circumferential surface of a cylindrical inner mold member 21 so that the distance between them is equal to the length of the tubular formed product and the outer circumferential side around them is covered with an cylindrical outer mold 23 to inject casting material by a supply pump 25a into a circular space portion 24 between the circular sealing member 22 and the cylindrical outer mold member 23. After the synthetic resin in the circular space portion 24 is hardened, the cylindrical outer mold member 23 is removed by the release of a flange 23b clamped from the cylindrical inner mold member 21 and moreover the circular sealing member 22 also is taken out to take a tubular formed product out of the tubular inner mold member 21.
