PURPOSE:To improve the strength of the worked part of a steel sheet with superior workability by implanting ions of an interstitial soluble element into the worked part. CONSTITUTION:A steel sheet is worked, and the dislocation density of the worked part is increased. Ions of an interstitial soluble element such as C, N or B are implanted into the worked part to trop the dislocation of the worked part. Thus, the strength of the worked part of the steel sheet with superior workability is improved. |
