发明名称 LOW-HYDROGEN TYPE COATED ELECTRODE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a deposited metal of extra low hydrogen and to improve considerably the binding property of coating by adding aluminum oxide of which the grain size and content are limited at a prescribed ratio into a coating material for a low hydrogen type coated electrode. CONSTITUTION:The aluminum oxide contg. >=95% of <=5mum grain size is added at 0.5-10wt% into the coating material, by which the low hydrogen type coated electrode is produced. The low hydrogen type coated electrode which yields the weld metal of the extra low hydrogen and is improved remarkably in the binding property of coating is thus obtd.
