PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially reduce the time required for the collection job for a landlord of rent arrears or a real estate manager or the like by electrically connecting a rent dunning sounding mechanism with a power source for which rent dunning voice is recorded, a changeover switch mechanism and a sensor mechanism. SOLUTION: The rent dunning sounding mechanism (a) with the power source for which the rent dunning voice is recorded on a tape or the like and a switch mechanism 3 are connected to a sounding device 1. Then, the respective mechanisms (a) and 3 are housed inside a case 5. Further, the sensor mechanism (b) is provided and the respective mechanisms (a), 3 and (b) are made into a set. Then, it is used while being mounted to the relatively high part of a door for constituting a building such as a house and an apartment, etc., where a leaseholder lives. Thus, when a key is inserted to the knob of the door, the sensor mechanism (b) immediately senses it and the rent dunning sounding mechanism (a) connected to the sensor mechanism (b) is operated. Then, when a way to stop the sounding device 1 is demanded, it is instructed that it can be stopped when the switch mechanism 3 is operated. |
