摘要 The conductor (8) consists of two adjacent, mutually insulated subconductors (10,11) each having a rectangular cross-section. The conductor is made by placing two non-insulated subconductors side by side (broad sides facing one another) and then introducing an insulating layer (12) between them. The insulating layer consists of a material capable of forming an adhesive join between the subconductors and contains an insulating spacer (13) that keeps the subconductors apart. The spacer consists of a porous or perforated tape or of a powder or fibrous filler in the adhesive. The adhesive may be a resin hardened by heating. The adhesive is applied as a film to one or both opposing faces of the subconductors. The spacing tape is then inserted and the two subconductors are pressed together. The resulting conductor is highly resistant to the formation of kinks.
