PURPOSE:To enable the sepn. and control of the light emission outputs of respective light emitting points by providing plural wavelength selective filters and plural light receiving elements in such a manner that the filters are opposed to the respective light emission points and providing feedback control systems to the light emission points as well. CONSTITUTION:A beam 12a for recording and a beam 12b for checking and reproducing from the light emission points 11a, 11b of a semiconductor laser array 1 are partly emitted to the light emitting element 20a, 20b side. Only the beams 12a, 12b for prescribed wavelengths respectively pass color filters 19a, 19b. The elements 20a, 20b monitor only the light emission output states of the beams 12a, 12b in this way. The light emission outputs of the light emission points 11a, 11b are, therefore, controlled by the feedback control means 23a, 23b consisting respectively of LD driving control circuits 22a, 22b when the monitor results by the elements 20a, 20b fluctuate. The desired outputs are thus maintained without being affected by the return light. |
