<p>PURPOSE:To regulate pressure in a package during heating in a microwave oven and enable uniform heating of a food surface, by sealing a packaging material of a cooked food for heating in the microwave oven by hot welding and simultaneously providing a deleted sealing part without hot welding. CONSTITUTION:A cooked food 13 is packaged in a heat-resistant packaging film 1 and heat sealing is applied to both ends 5 to provide heat sealed parts 6 and hermetically seal the package. A deleted sealing part 7 without hot welding is partially provided in the heat sealed parts 6 and frozen to afford the aimed product. Thereby, since the product is heated in a microwave oven in use thereof to discharge internal vapor from the deleted sealing part 7, internal pressure in heating can be regulated to a desire pressure of 1 atm or above by regulating the width and length of the deleted sealing part 7. As a result, a food can be uniformly heated.</p> |
