Novel compounds of general formula (I), where: R<1> is a hydrogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, or C3-C7 cycloalkyl group; R<2> is a C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl or cyan group, a carbonyl group substituted by a hydroxy, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, amino, C1-C6 alkyl amino, Di-C1-C6 alkyl amino or hydrazino group; or R<1> and R<2> together are a C2-C6 alkylide or C3-C6 cycloakylide group; or R<1> and R<2> together form a C3-C7 spiro ring with the carbon atom, with which they are bound; n may be 0 or 1; R<3> is a hydrogen atom, a C1-C8 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, C2-C6 alkinyl , C3-C7 cycloalkyl, benzyl, carboxy-C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkyl oxycarbonyl-C1-C6 alkyl or Di-C1-C6 alkyl oxophosphinyl-C1-C6 alkyl group; and the residues R4-R6 have the meanings given in the Description. The compounds of general formula (I) are used for the production of drugs. They inhibit both the aggregation of erythrocytes and that of thrombocytes in small concentrations. These properties render said substances suitable for the treatment of diseases, where erythrocyte and thrombocyte aggregation plays an important part in the pathogenesis.
