Bus network for connecting data transmitter and data receiver - detects data collision and sends signal to control lines via amplifiers

The bus network (BNG) has two connection junctions (AUI1,AUI2). Each connection junction (AUI1,AUI2) comprises symmetrical data outputs (DO1,DO2), data inputs (DI1,DI2), control lines (CI2 (CI1,CI2) and asymmetrical potential lines (VP1,VP2). The-outputs (DO1,DO2) are driven via line receiver and transmitter amplifiers (EV1,EV2,SV1,SV2) and logic elements (N1,N2,O1) to the input lines (DI1,DI2). With use of a collision detecting and test device (KTE) connected to the outputs (DO1,DO2), collision signal (KS) is produced in the case of data collision or a test. The signal (KS) is sent to the control lines (CI1,CI2) via control line amplifiers (CV1,CV2). USE/ADVANTAGE - Inexpensive bus network for reliably connecting two data terminals of information carrying system.
