The spanner consists of a nut (1) with a threaded end at one end. A threaded spindle (2) which can be adjusted in the direction of the spanner lengthwise axis by turning the spanner, has a fixture (3) and is positioned in a nut-thread belonging to the spanner-nut (1). The other end of the nut (1) has a hook (9) with a spigot (4) consisting of a spigot sleeve (5) and a hollow spigot guide (6). The hook has at least two holes (10). USE/ADVANTAGE - The spanner has a large adjustment range, and a longer total length with the spindle pulled out to its maximum.
