摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a print picture with prescribed picture quality even from any printed paper in the video printer in which a color print picture is obtained from a video equipment. CONSTITUTION:A whiteness degree detection means 28 detects the whiteness degree of a printed paper and an arithmetic section 29 compares and calculates the whiteness degree of printed paper to calculate a white balance control signal. A video signal is subject to white balancing based thereon to obtain a print picture with constant picture quality from any printed paper.
