摘要
复合相变换热器,新型热工节能设备,可用于锅炉等排放烟气的余热回收。除结构紧凑、传热率高、可提供热空气或热水两种形式的能量外,还具备如下技术特征:1、通过各级中间媒质相变压力的调整,控制金属壁温在低温腐蚀的二安全区内,实现烟气排放温度低达105~110℃以下水平。2、通过多级加热方式,提高回收能量的能质。当入口烟温为250℃时,顾及经济性,可将空气或水加热至160℃以上。3、工艺简单,成本低,应用广泛,回收期短。

1、一种用于回收利用锅炉等热设备排放烟气余热的热工节能设备,其特征在于:a.各段与烟气接触的全部金属管壁内侧的中间媒质分别处于一个可以相互贯通的空间中,如图4所示。b.通过直接调正和控制中间媒质压力的方法,将换热器中与烟气相接触的金属管壁及其后继设备中与烟气相接触的金属表面都处于烟气低温腐蚀的安全区以内。c.采用分段加热、分段控制的形式,以使被加热流体的温度水平得以逐级提高,如图3所示。
