The terminal bolt (10) has the end (12) which faces the heating coil made of a material with good welding characteristics, compared to the opposite end (14) which has a higher thermal conductivity. The two opposite ends are combined into a single piece which is pref. made of iron at the heating coil end and of copper at the terminal end. Pref. the junction between the two ends lies relatively close to the fixing point for the heating coil, the ends pref. joined together via soldering or welding. ADVANTAGE - Simple electrical connection to heating coil and good heat conduction characteristics.
