PURPOSE:To fit a connector to a printed board without deforming a soldered terminal of a connector for surface mounting and without eliminating the cream solder on the printed board. CONSTITUTION:Before a printed board 7 is set, each terminal 6 is positioned between a projecting part 11 of a connector 12 and a bushing 10, and formed so that a distance between the tips thereof is enlarged by the pushing force of the bushing 10 and a recessed part of the projecting part 11. Next, the printed board 7 is set at a predetermined position between the terminals 6 of the connector 12, and the bushing 10 is eliminated. The tip of the terminal 6 abuts on a pad 8 under the pushing condition. At this stage, since the tip of the terminal 6 is covered with the cream solder 9 on the pad 8, the tip of the terminal 6 and the pad 8 are soldered together by heating the cream solder 9 part. |
