<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the variation in output characteristic of a mesh circuit and to achieve improvement of the accuracy by a constitution where several holes are bored through a frame constituting a mesh for rectifying air flow disposed on an entrance section of a body and a frame is fixed to a body at a caulking part thereof. CONSTITUTION:In a passage 3 of a body 1 having an air passage 2 and a sub-air passage 3, a heating resistor 4 and a thermo-sensitive resistor 5 are disposed and a flow rate of an air 8 supplied to an engine is detected by means of a module 6 that controls signals thereof. A mesh 7 that rectifies the air flow 8 is disposed on an upstream side from the body 1 and fixed thereto at a caulking part 13 which is a part of the body. The mesh 7 is so constituted that a circumferential part thereof is caulked with a metallic frame. Positioning holes are formed on the metallic frame and a direction of the mesh 7 is determined to a prescribed one when caulking it to the frame.</p> |
