PURPOSE:To provide the communication equipment which keeps the sureness and the continuity of descrambling processing and easily encodes an error correc tion code and has a high correction probability. CONSTITUTION:A video signal and an audio signal are separated from a satellite broad cast signal by a separating part 11, and a signal related to descramble and related information packets which are multiplexed in the audio signal are separated by a separating part 13, and the descramble signal is made into a packet by a packet making part 45. In this case, the error correction code is added. Next, the packet of the descramble signal and related information packets separated by the separating part 13 are multiplexed in this order in the vertical blanking period of the video signal by a VBI multiplexing part 51. The video signal from the VBI multiplexing part 51 and the audio signal from a descrambler 39 are multiplexed with respect to frequency by a frequency multiplexing part 53. |
