PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment material which has an excellent antimicrobial and antithrombotic properties over a long period of time even after indwelling in the blood vessels and is highly safe. SOLUTION: This material is a compsn. formed of a physiologically active material having the antithrombotic property, a quaternary phosphonium compd., a surfactant and a polyaddition reactant. The physiologically active material having the antithrombotic property of the antimicrobial and antithrombotic medical treatment material is selected from a group consisting of heparin, chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid, delmatan sulfate, keratin sulfate, phosphorylcholine, antithrombin III, thrombomodulin, prostaglandin, aspirin, sulfinpyrazone and subtilisin. |
