<p>A composite organic-coated steel sheet comprising a galvanized steel sheet as the base and being useful for automotive bodies, household electrical appliances and so on, which is excellent in press workability in a state coated with oil, pitting resistance and resistance to rusting of adventitious origin. This sheet comprises a galvanized steel sheet, a chromate layer formed on the surface of the sheet, and a 0.1 to 3.0 νm thick organic film formed on the chromate layer comprising a composite lubricant comprising an epoxy resin composition comprising a base resin prepared by introducing at least one basic nitrogen atom and at least two primary hydroxyl groups into the ends of an epoxy resin through addition reaction and a polyisocyanate compound as a curing agent at a specific weight ratio, a polyolefin wax produced by coordinated anionic polymerization using a Ziegler catalyst and a powdered fluororesin at a specific weight ratio, and a rust inhibitor at a specific ratio.</p> |
