PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to promptly transfer data to adjacent track without the tracking operation of light beam, by recording the data by making track flux priority precede to track priority when the data is recorded over plural tracks. SOLUTION: When a host interface 10 receives the instruction to record the continuous data to an optical disk 1, a controller 12 records the data. The optical disk 1 is rotated by a spindle motor 2. The optical disk 1 is irradiated with three pieces of light beams b1 to b3 from light emitting elements 31 to 33 of an optical pickup 5. A feed motor 6 moves the optical pickup 5 in accordance with the instruction from the controller 12 and positions the light beams b1 to b3 to the spirals T1 to T3 to be recorded. The recording data d0 is inputted to a buffer memory 101 and is divided to plural blocks in a recording sequence determining means 102 and is then successively recorded by recording circuit 103 to 105.
