<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of heat radiation with a higher thermal conductivity by arranging a junction base contacting a radiating surface of an element, a heat conduction part extended to the junction base and a radiation fin following the heat conduction part to be molded integral on a back plate of a container. SOLUTION: A junction base 19 is formed being bulged forward integrally at a lower part of a back plate 18. Bulged parts 23 are formed separately at upper parts and lower parts of respective radiating plates 24 of a radiation fin 22. A heat conduction part 25 is formed integral on the back plate 18 to connect the radiation fin 22 to the junction base 19. All in a container 17, namely, the back plate 18, the junction base 19, the radiation fin 22, the heat conduction part 25, a support rod 26, a top board 28, a rib, a mounting body 31, a water receiving part 33, a mounting protruded part 37 and a side plate 39 are molded integrally. This can improve the efficiency of heat radiation with a higher thermal conductivity and reduce the number of parts to one thereby improving working efficiency with a reduced assembling manhour.</p> |
