<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a toner fixable at a low fixing temp., to solve practical problem even on anti-offsetting property and to enhance fixing strength to transfer paper by incorporating Fischer-Tropsch wax derived from natural gas into the toner and specifying the melt viscosity of the toner. SOLUTION: This toner contains Fischer-Tropsch wax derived from natural gas and has 1×10<5> -1×10<10> P melt viscosity at 110 deg.C. The Fischer-Tropsch wax is produced by the Fischer-Tropsch method using natural gas as starting material and it is wax hydrocarbon synthesized by catalytically hydrogenating CO and is structurally straight chain paraffin wax having few methyl branches. Satisfactory dispersibility is ensured for the Fischer-Tropsch wax.</p> |
