PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent defective electrical connection between upper and lower electrode layers by making the diameter of the hole of a second insulating layer being an upper layer larger than the the diameter of the hole of a first insulating layer being a lower layer. SOLUTION: This printed part is one which is equipped, on a board 8, with a lower electrode layer 9 provided by printing, from first to third insulating layers insulating layers 10-12 provided by printing on this lower electrode layer 9 and also having holes 10a-12a, and an upper electrode layer 13 provided by printing on these first to third insulating layers 10-12 and also connected with the lower electrode layer 9 through the holes 10a-12a of the first to third insulating layers 10-12, and the diameter of the hole of the third insulating layer 12 being the upper layer is made larger than the diameters of the holes of the first and second insulating layers 10 and 11. |
