PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit only accurate data to a control center with regard to a system wherein data are transmitted from a car to the control center and data from the control center is received by the car. SOLUTION: A destination data imputed using an interface 10 is sent to a navigation ECU12, and sent to a control center through a communication device 14. At the control center, a recommended route to a destination is selected considering traffic conduction, and sent back to a car. The navigation ECU12 evaluates reliability of inputted destination, and if a car is not advancing toward the destination, prohibits transmission to the control center because of low reliability in inputted destination data. As evaluating method for reliability, cost changes in the route from a current position to a destination which was explored based on map data stored in a map data base 16 is counted. |
